Refund & Return Policy

Allergic Reactions

If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. Then, reach out to us at info@clairdelunestore.com with a description and photos, if possible. We assess each situation individually and may offer a refund or store credit. However, we encourage reviewing our ingredients carefully before use, as we are not liable for individual sensitivities.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns—whether opened or unopened.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied after consistently using the product as directed, we offer a refund within 60 days of purchase, minus a 15% processing and shipping fee.

Refund Options

  • Full Refund – Issued to the original payment method (if eligible).

  • Store Credit or Exchange – Available upon request for equal value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@clairdelunestore.com within 7 days. Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • An image of the full package (if possible)
    Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference and availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before tracking is issued.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Subscription Cancellations

To cancel a subscription, please email info@clairdelunestore.com at least 14 days before your next billing cycle. Include:

  • Your name

  • Subscription ID

  • (Optional) Reason for cancellation

Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 14 days of renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

Prefer to switch it up? You may also convert your subscription to store credit or swap for another product of equal value.
